1 General Terms & Conditions

Bo345 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "bo345") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bo345 and its users ("you" or "member") governing the use of all services offered.

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Management

• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• The account holder is responsible for every transaction made through the account.
• Bo345 may apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period, in accordance with the applicable policy.
• To close your account, please contact our support team. Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn before closure.

Bo345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of a rule violation. In such cases, bo345's decision shall be considered final.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bo345 currently supports transactions via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 and the maximum deposit amount is BDT 1,00,000 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is fully completed.

Bo345 reserves the right to place a hold on any payment and conduct the necessary investigation if a suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected. Additional verification documents may be requested in such cases.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bo345 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. However, certain general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in account termination.
• Bonus offers are available to eligible members only, and bo345 reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time.
• Bonus validity is generally 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Sports Betting, Live Casino, fish games, and slots on bo345. bo345's decision is final in all betting-related disputes.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless bo345 acknowledges a technical error.
• Bo345 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to incorrect odds or display errors.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, the outcome of the relevant bet will be determined under separate rules.
• Any bet identified as being associated with match-fixing or manipulation will be voided, and the relevant account will be permanently closed.

For live betting, bo345 will not be held liable if a bet is not accepted due to internet disconnection or system issues. Any unconfirmed bet under such circumstances will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bo345 platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, intimidating, or abusing other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or facilitating a minor's participation in gaming.
• Using or distributing bo345's copyrighted content without permission.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. If bo345 closes an account, any valid balance will be returned in accordance with our refund policy, unless it is subject to forfeiture due to a rule violation.
